Over the past decade, Independent Aviation has developed inhouse the most sophisticated aviation database and reservation systems of its kind in Australia. The IAV system provides immediate information on all aircraft and operators that meet the requirements for a given enquiry nationwide. As Independent brokers we guarantee the most suitable aircraft is sourced for every mission at the best value for money through competitive tendering for each and every request. With rapid response times and 24 hour support we will present you with multiple quote options that allow you to make an informed decision.
We canvass the entire market for every charter, including outside operators able to position aircraft from elsewhere if that is the best solution for a charter. Operator compliance is ensured with legislated safety and risk management requirements, as well as the ability to meet any client specific requests. This can include tracking of operator safety audits, safety management systems, HFM systems, operator and pilot approvals, endorsements and pilot minimum hour requirements.
Contracted clients can be provided with a customised web-booking portal for faster reservations with online “closed user” options to facilitate charter sharing, back loading, and other cost saving initiatives if required. We pride ourselves on paying our suppliers promptly and can offer regular customers 14 or 30-day payment terms. To assist our operators with cash flow many take advantage of our Immediate Payment Facility. The IPF works by taking a small percentage off the invoice price for same day settlement, contact our accounts department for more information.
Our easy to understand and transparent quote documentation will give your staff the confidence to know they are making an informed decision. Quotes and confirmations are presented in clear format on a single document. This includes aircraft photos, route maps and aircraft performance information together with the details of AOC status of every operator presented. Confirmations can include information such as pilot hours and endorsements and operator approvals.
For efficient and accurate charter management, Independent Aviation administers the day to day detail of the charter operation and facilitates all necessary liaison with the operators. When plans change, multiple alterations to charter itineraries can quickly and faultlessly be made. On time performance, payload optimisation and all other operator KPI’s are monitored along with access to real time web-tracking of flights to ensure time is not wasted should the schedule change or be delayed.
