GOVERNMENT

Independent Aviation has coordinated Federal and State Government aircraft charter for the past 28 years. Since 2010, we have been the appointed aircraft charter provider to the Queensland Government under a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA). Covering both aircraft passenger charter and helicopter aerial operations, this is one the most complex air charter management contracts in Australia today.

In 2014, Independent Aviation was appointed charter supplier to the Torres Strait Regional Authority and is also the preferred air charter supplier to the Torres Strait Island Regional Council. Under these arrangements, best value for money, safety standards compliance, management reporting and prompt accounting is guaranteed. We are also proud to work with the Departments of Defence, Australian Border Force and AMSA through the Standing Offer Panel since 2009.

GOVERNMENT

Independent Aviation is the referred charter supplier to the Governor General and coordinates regular charters for the Federal Parliament and State Government bodies such as NSW Parliamentary Services.
